You may also book a ceremony only, without reception,  at our venue. It must be booked before noon. It will include all the wedding amenities and is up to 175 guests.

Many individuals want a small intimate wedding. We offer this for 25 guests and under. All the wedding amenties are still included.

Cake & Punch
Have a complete outdoor experience. We offer small cake & punch weddings for 40 guests and under. This package includes: a wedding ceremony | rehearsal | decorated outdoor tables set up for your guests (up to 4 tables) | cake & punch table set up & decorated (cake not provided) | 2 hours total for ceremony and small reception | coordination for wedding, toast & first dance | plus all the wedding amenities above | must be before noon | no alcohol allowed | food may be served for an additional fee of $250 (food not included)


This is a package for Friday and Sunday only for 60 guests and under. All the wedding and reception amenities are included with 4 hours of rental time. 

This is a package for a couple who would love to have a small intimate service and have the option to take beautiful pictures. All the wedding amenities are included. The wedding can only be booked Monday- Thursday before noon and have 10 guests and under.

We do provide an elegant indoor wedding package that takes place inside the reception hall. After the ceremony the hall will be reset for the reception. The chairs will be set in rows with an aisle that is outlined with lanterns or decor that matches wedding theme. Indoor weddings are only available with a reception booking.

You are able to book our venue for special gatherings such as: Baby Showers, Anniversary Parties, Proms, Banquets, Christmas Parties, Birthday Parties, Corporate Meetings and Family Reunions. Theresa's Place is a fun atmosphere where you can create wonderful memories.

At Theresa's Place we can provide you with a vendor list. You are not required to use our recommended vendors, you may provide your own. We like to be flexible with our clients and give them the option of using their own preferences.
